COMPANY HISTORY
Capers & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1996, and enjoys a rich history and a wealth of experience.
Mark Capers began his construction career as a project engineer with Kuhlke Construction in 1979, and purchased the company in 1985. Through Mr. Capers' leadership as President, Kuhlke Construction continued its quality reputation and dominance in the design-build construction industry in the Georgia-Carolina area.
In early 1996, Kuhlke Construction went through a re-organization which resulted in a division of personnel and assets from which Capers & Associates, Inc. was formed. This type of formation gave the Capers organization a solid foundation, with financial resources, high quality experienced personnel, and proven management.
Capers & Associates, Inc. offers a variety of services in the non-residential market utilizing conventional construction methods & pre-engineered type construction, and is committed to continue providing value and service to its clients.
